Among the long sellers of Pallucco’s collection, the
Papiro lamp holds a leading position. Designed in 1989 by Sergio Calatroni,
eclectic personality in the fields of art, design, architecture and the web,
Papiro stands out for its possibility to be shaped at will, as subtle, organic,
and curvy presence, halfway between a lamp and a household sculpture.
Papiro Led brings together the artistic charm of its design and the efficiency
of a low energy consumption technology with high lighting power. The metal base
and lampshade of Papiro Led are slightly bigger than those of the halogen
version, whereas the unique natural copper stem, or else with black, glossy
black nickel, chrome-nickel, pearly gold finish, remains unchanged.
